1. Add all ingredients into shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake

• 50 ml BITE Coffee
• 60 ml Teeling Whiskey
• 50 ml Hot water
• 10 ml BITE Organic Simple Syrup
• Float Oatly cream

1. Add all but the cream to a clean milk jug
2. Steam until too hot to hold the jug
3. Pour into a room-temperature coupe glass
4. Lightly whip the cream
5. Layer it over the back of a spoon
6. Grate nutmeg on top

2. Add plenty of ice cubes
3. Stir until chilled and diluted – 10-15 seconds
4. Strain into a lowball glass with ice cubes or one large ice block.
